CONSIGNMENT POLICIES
MERCHANDISE DROP OFF

Drop Off Policy

    ★ BY APPOINTMENT ONLY: email, call or stop by to set up drop off appointment

    ★  MAXIMUM OF 20 ITEMS PER DROP OFF

    ★  Maximum of 1 appointment per week, per consignor


Please bring merchandise in bags or boxes that do not need to be returned.  Merchandise will be processed in approximately 1 - 2 weeks. 


All large scale items, including toys, equipment and furniture, must receive MAJESTY’s approval prior to drop off.

PRICING & PAYMENT

Items are placed on MAJESTY sales floor for approximately 90 days.   MAJESTY will determine the retail price for each item and reserves the right to remove product from the sales floor and/or revise pricing at any time.


Commission is updated weekly & redeemable at any time.

  1. ★40% of sale price issued as store credit or cash/check.

MERCHANDISE PREPARATION

Merchandise must be ‘Resale Ready’ - desirable & CLEAN.  MAJESTY does NOT accept unclean, broken, undesirable or recalled merchandise.


Clothing/Shoes

  1. ★  Current styles only

  2. ★  No excessive wear, holes, missing buttons, odors, stains, or tears

  3. ★  Must be buttoned, laced, snapped, and/or zipped

  4. ★  Clothing:  freshly laundered, wrinkle-free & neatly folded.  In order to keep pressed clothing looking their best, please bring in on hangers & we will transfer to MAJESTY hangers.


All Other Merchandise

  1. ★  ALL surfaces CLEANED:  including toys, books, furniture, etc.

  2. ★  Removable/Washable covers must be laundered

  3. ★  No missing parts

  4. ★  Must be in excellent & working condition

  5. ★Must include batteries (if not included, cost for MAJESTY to supply will be deducted from consignor’s commission)

  6. ★  If possible, please provide original packaging & paperwork

Unsold & unclaimed merchandise

Items that are not chosen for resale or have completed their life cycle on the sales floor will be donated to a local charity.

Merchandise is carefully reviewed and may not be accepted due to poor quality, space constraints, and/or seasonality.
